Individual License Agreement

This Individual License Agreement (“License”) governs your use of reports purchased from Operithm under an individual license. By purchasing and accessing a report, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Operithm grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased report for your personal or professional use. This license is granted to you as a single natural person.

You may read the report online and download the PDF for your own use. You may reference and cite the report in your own work with appropriate attribution to Operithm.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or provide copies of the report to any other person
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the report
• Reproduce substantial portions of the report in other publications
• Remove, alter, or obscure any watermarks, metadata, or AI disclosure notices
• Share your account credentials to allow others to access the report
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download report content

3. Watermarking

All downloaded PDF reports include a visible watermark identifying you as the licensed purchaser. Reports may also contain forensic (invisible) watermarks for leak detection. Each download generates a unique watermark identifier logged in our system.

You are responsible for securing your downloaded copies. If a watermarked copy is found in unauthorized distribution, the associated license may be revoked.

4. Termination

This license remains in effect for as long as your account is active and in good standing. Operithm may revoke this license if you violate any of the restrictions above. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the report in your possession.

5. AI Disclosure

You acknowledge that the report you are licensing is AI-generated content that has been reviewed through Operithm's editorial process. The report is not professional advice and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

Operithm retains all intellectual property rights in the report. This license does not transfer ownership of the report or any intellectual property rights to you. The license grants you a limited right to access and use the content as described above.
